K-Book Talk Series: Meet Korean Literature Online Welcome to an online event where you can enjoy Korean Literature even in the era of social distancing.
We invite readers from all around the world to meet the best-selling authors from Korea. Series of 9 author events will be held from July to November across seven different countries – the US, Canada, France, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Readers might already be familiar with the titles since they have been adapted into various cultural contents such as movies, dramas, and graphic novels.
Dive into the fascinating world of Korean authors and watch them engage in a lively discussion with a wide range of international counterparts, from novelists to radio presenters and reporters. Readers of Korean literature or anyone interested in Korean culture are invited to this event to learn more about Korean literature and culture.

Program Details

1. Duration

The LTI Korea Online Publishers Roundtable is held in June 2021 for approximately four weeks. Meetings will be scheduled to fit each participant’s request.

2. Participants

15 International participants, 10 Korean publishers

3. Requirements

Participants will be requested to film and submit a video clip introducing their publisher/ agency/ institution and their interest in Korean literature. Participants are also expected to take part in virtual meetings with the Korean participants.
